Voted down 228-205. Stocks are falling quickly.

Nice to see our elected leaders are starting to feel accountable to the people they represent. Many times in this article, they are quoted saying that they feared voting yes would cause them to lose in the upcoming election. Too bad more don't feel that they should represent their constituents.
