Maybe some of these banks wouldn't need bailout money if they had halfway intelligent people working for them. Citibank tried to wire the $27 million to various banks in several countries after falling for a Nigerian scam. Several of the banks refused the transactions, which ultimately led to one of the criminals being caught.
