- people driving in the passing lane
- people driving slow on the highway/rubbernecking
- self-righteous and judgemental Christians
- people that don't put their children above themselves
- Hummers and Expeditions
- unwashed dishes
- casseroles
- chick flicks
- spam (the food and email both, but not Monty Python)
- pop, hip-hop music and gangsta rap
- people that do not take off their bluetooth when they aren't using them
- people that text message constantly
- waitstaff asking "Does everything taste alright?" It better not be something you have to question or you shouldn't serve it.
- shopping (especially at Wal*Mart)
- call centers in foreign countries
- attorneys
- social workers who do not serve the children
- gossip

Holy crap! You hit some of my most detested things, too -- hypocrites, the Mart of Darkness (Wal-Mart), the Ogles, etc. I could add more, though: door-to-door salespeople and/or religious zealots, people who won't take their right-of-way at a four-way stop, people who abuse animals, asparagus, worms, and "Viva Viagra" commercials.
But worms are so cuddly.
