Thunder?

Here in Oklahoma City, the big news today was the unveiling of the NBA team's new logo and colors.  All I can say is that it was very unimpressive.  The name itself is pretty weak.  I was hoping for Mustangs, Bison, or Outlaws as a nod to the state itself and would lend themselves to good logo designs.  Instead, they picked Thunder, and give us this monstrosity as the logo.

Seriously, that's the most bland and uninspired design I've seen for a long time.  It looks like it belongs in the WNBA or Arena football.  And the colors?  Yuck.  Sorry, I'll support the team, but I doubt I'm going to buy a hat with that on it.
